Susan Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. Her work experience is in community pharmacy and she has a special interest in geriatrics, earning the title Certified Geriatric Pharmacist in 2001.
In July 2011, she started working at the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team as a clinical pharmacist. She recently completed two certificate programs to enhance her clinical skills.
She recently earned a certificate from the University of Waterloo in Pharmacy Management of Oral Anti-coagulation Therapy. In cooperation with Nurse Educator Michelle Kosik she has established an INR (International Normalized Ratio) Clinic for the management of patients on warfarin.
She also recently earned certification for smoking cessation through the University of Toronto. She will provide counseling for smoking cessation on an individual basis.
