Dr. Saima Khan – Chatham

Dr. Saima Khan graduated from medical school in Pakistan in 2002 and completed her residency at the University of Western Ontario in 2010. Following the completion of her residency, Dr. Khan relocated to Chatham with her husband and young son. She said she chose to base her practice and build a home for her family in Chatham after receiving a warm welcome from the community while doing a rotation with Dr. Sultan during her residency.

Dr. Khan’s practice opened on April 1 at 20 Emma Street in Chatham. She is accepting new patients who do not currently have a family doctor. Patients must register with Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 to join Dr. Khan’s practice.
