Admin Assistant Maria Soares – Chatham

Maria Soares grew up in Wallaceburg and completed her education at the University of Windsor. As the administrative assistant for the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team, she is responsible for contacting Health Care Connect referrals and setting up their initial appointments with physicians.

Outside of her work with the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team, Soares remains an active member of the local community as a member of the W.I.S.H Centre's Board of Directors.
