Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team Partners along with MPP Trevor Jones, and Mayor Darrin Canniff officially launched BridgeCare last evening. BridgeCare a primary care access clinic for unattached patients (patients with no family physician or nurse practitioner) runs every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm at 20 Emma St. The clinic is walk-in only.
