Dresden Community Healthcare Foundation
Supporting the Future of Local Healthcare
The Dresden Community Healthcare Foundation (DCHF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening local healthcare in Dresden and the surrounding area. Its primary purpose is to raise funds in support of the development and ongoing sustainability of a healthcare facility that meets the growing needs of the community.
Governed by a volunteer Board of eight members, the Foundation is supported by a strong and engaged membership of over 240 individuals. Of these, approximately 50 volunteers actively contribute their time and expertise through various committees, helping to guide fundraising initiatives, community engagement, and long-term planning.
Through ongoing donations, fundraising efforts, and community support, the DCHF also plays a key role in maintaining the Dresden Community Healthcare building. Working in close collaboration with the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team, the Foundation is committed to ensuring accessible, high-quality healthcare remains available for current and future generations in the region.
