If you do not currently have a family doctor please contact Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 and they will connect you with a doctor. Please keep your contact information up to date with HCC.

Dr. Faith Moore joined our Blenheim site in Fall 2024.  Dr. Moore is accepting patients referred by Health Care Connect.

Dr. Malay Shah joined our Dresden site in Fall 2024. Dr. Shah is accepting patients referred by Health Care Connect.

Dr. Adebisi Ogundipe will be joining our Wallaceburg site August 2025. Dr. Ogundipe is accepting patients referred by Health Care Connect.

Dr. Kaelan Harwood plans to join our Blenheim site in January 2026.  Dr. Harwood will be building her practice with patients from the Health Care Connect list.
