Dr. Faith Moore joined our Blenheim site in Fall 2024.  Dr. Moore will be accepting patients referred by Health Care Connect only.  Register with the link above.

Dr. Malay Shah will be joining our Dresden site in Fall 2024.  Applications were available at on ONE day event: August 22, 2024. We recommend registering with Health Care Connect also.
