As there is no Bloodwork Laboratory within the local area, the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team is pleased to offer bloodwork services for patients whose family doctor is located at our Ridgetown Location, at their physicians office. Please schedule the appointment with the office.

Life Labs offers lab services at our Blenheim location. Wednesdays only.  (8:30 am to 12:30pm)  Valid Health Card and Lab Requisitions required. (Walk in only, first come first served, limited spots)
